Refund & Return Policy – VioraRelif

All sales are considered final once an order has been placed and confirmed. As many of our items are custom-made, prepared to order, or processed specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept standard returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase. We kindly ask all customers to review their order details carefully before completing checkout.

If your order arrives with a verified issue such as damage during transit or receiving the incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at vioralazer@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number, and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can properly review the matter.

Any request submitted will be carefully looked over by our team using the order details, shipping confirmation, and information provided. If a concern is found to qualify under our policy, we may offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion, which could include a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution.

Please note that requests related to change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, delays caused by shipping carriers, personal preference, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund consideration.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior written approval cannot be accepted or processed. If a return is approved under a rare qualifying circumstance, instructions will be provided directly by our team.
